Ingredients
Ingredients:

oz bag
fresh cranberries
organic if possible
¼-⅓
cup
honey or maple syrup (I like sour so I go for the less sweet)
¼
cup
filtered water
½-¾
cup
fresh squeezed orange juice
1
tsp
organic orange zest
¼
tsp
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Wash cranberries and pick out any squishy cranberries and compost them.
Add cranberries, sweetener and filtered water to a pot. Bring to a boil then cover and turn heat to medium-low and cook for about 10 minutes.
Remove pot from heat and stir in the orange juice, zest and cinnamon.
Add more sweetener 1 tsp at a time if desired.
Pour mixture into a quart jar and store in the fridge until serving. Happy Thanksgiving!
