Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Raw Spinach
  • 1-2 Eggs
  • 1-3 TBSP Broth or milk of choice
  • Sprinkle of favorite seasoning
  • 3 TBSP 🥬Wildbrine or favorite sauerkraut

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together your egg, broth (or milk) & seasonings.
  • Cook eggs to desired texture.
  • Set eggs aside, covered.
  • Steam spinach just until it starts to wilt.
  • Pray for your food and Serve eggs, steamed spinach and wildbrine together.
  • Send gratitude to your bodies ability to move.
