This simple chicken salad mix can be pared with crackers, rice cakes or lettuce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Chicken
  • 1 Apple, chopped
  • 3 stocks Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup walnuts, chopped
  • Primal kitchen mayonnaise to taste
  • lemon pepper to taste
  • pink salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken until fully done.
  • Cut chicken until very small.
  • Toss in chopped apples, celery and walnuts.
  • Stir in mayo, lemon pepper and salt to taste.
  • serve with lettuce wraps, HU OR Simple mills crackers or rice cakes.
