Cheese Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup freshly ground flax seed meal
  • 1/2 cup almond flour Not almond meal
  • 1/2 cup cassava flour
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3 TBSP butter softened
  • pinch of real salt + more for top

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  • Pulse until well combined.
  • Roll dough out thin onto a cookie sheet. Slice cuts to make "squares"
  • Bake for 10 minutes, checking regularly.
  • Allow to cool on sheet fully before breaking into small pieces.
  • Pray for your food, store in an airtight container.
