Ingredients

Organic raw carrots shredded (skins on)

cucumber diced
½
cup
sauerkraut
⅓
cup
diced mango
Juice of a fresh lemon
Sea salt to taste (I love Baja Gold Most)
Instructions
Layer carrots, cucumbers, sauerkraut, and mango.
Squeeze on fresh lemon and sprinkle with sea salt.
Eat for any meal or snack!
