Wheat Thins
Wheat has been pushed for years as the highlight of healthy foods. If it says wheat in the name, a lot of people automatically think its good for them. I have a full thing about wheat that I will post another day but to keep it simple, not all wheat is the same! Wheat that has the added preservatives really doesn’t help the body. I loved wheat thins, but I like eating chemical free food even more. Avoiding the inflammatory oils, such as canola oil, like these crackers have is great for overall health too.
