Salad for Breakfast
I feel amaaazzzzing when I have salad for breakfast! I love to experiment with different veggies in salad to see what I can come up with. This guy was simple!
I did about equal parts of each of the following:
Carrots, Raw Zucchini, Sauerkraut, Avocado
Add your Lime Juice to taste and sprinkle on some sea salt!
With it I had my anti inflammatory tea with ginger, garlic, turmeric and lemon.
I also had grapefruit on the side because grapefruit is just incredible!
Salad For Breakfast
Ingredients
- Equal parts Carrot
- Equal parts Raw Zucchini
- Equal parts Sauerkraut
- Equal parts Avocado
- Fresh lime juice to taste
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- So simple, chop these babies up into desired bite size.
- Squeeze on the lime juice and toss.
- Top with sea salt.
