Oh my Omega Breakfast
Omega fill breakfast with this wild caught salmon. Veggies are great for breakfast, but this can be for any meal.
🐟 Wild caught Salmon (avoid farm raised salmon and salmon with red food coloring)
🐟 Lemon juice
🐟 Lemon pepper
🐟Mix of veggies such as carrots, yellow squash, zucchini
Season veggies and cook to desired bite.
Heat pan, add a thin layer of butter or oil, add fish, pour on lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cook until salmon flakes. Don’t over cook
