Oh my Omega Breakfast

Omega fill breakfast with this wild caught salmon. Veggies are great for breakfast, but this can be for any meal.
Wild caught Salmon (avoid farm raised salmon and salmon with red food coloring)
Lemon juice
Lemon pepper
Mix of veggies such as carrots, yellow squash, zucchini
Season veggies and cook to desired bite.
Heat pan, add a thin layer of butter or oil, add fish, pour on lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cook until salmon flakes. Don’t over cook
