I had this meal for breakfast but it would also work as a lunch.
Micro Greens & Fruit Salad Ingredients
🥗One handful of micorgreens: I used a mix of radish, broccoli and pea micro greens.
🥗1/4 of a grapefruit, peeled and broken into chunks
🥗About 6 organic raspberries
🥗About 4 inches of organic cucumber, thinly sliced
🥗1/4 of an avocado, thinly sliced
🥗A squeeze of a half a lemon
🥗Salt to taste
