Jam
We often make homemade jam with chia seeds and fresh fruit, but we also use this amazing jam when we are in a hurry. I tried just a small bite of regular jam just a few months ago and I felt like the sugar overpowered the fruit! We should be tasting fruit, not sugar when we eat jam. Sadly there is also sugar in pectin so you need to be careful to read ingredients on fruit pectin if you make homemade jam. I use pure apple pectin or chia seeds. There is also a brand called Good Good popping up a lot. I don’t love this brand because of the added erythritol.
