I love this smoothie! The more I learn about the benefits of ginger and turmeric the more I believe I should eat these every day of my life!
Ginger is great for skin, digestion and detoxification. Turmeric is good for inflammation, gut health and can even fight cancer. Super duper super foods for sure!
