BAKING SHEET:
Moving away from the toxic non-stick and aluminum baking sheets is a great way to lesson the chemical load in your baking. You can get a stainless steel baking sheet from Azure standard HERE. You can find stainless steel baking sheets HERE and HERE.
BAKING PAPER:
We never use aluminum for baking in our home, this is because aluminum is a neurotoxin and it directly linked to many illnesses including Alzheimer and Parkinson’s disease. This is my favorite parchment paper to bake these on, I also like THIS or you can also get parchment paper from Azure HERE or add it to your next iherb order by clicking HERE.
IMMERSION BLENDER:
If you are looking for a immersion blender in the under $35 range, click HERE.
If you are looking for an immersion blender that is a littler better quality click HERE.
If you are looking for a real investment and top quality product, you can buy my favorite brand for blender and immersion blender VitaMix HERE.
HIGH POWERED BLENDER:
It works:
If you are looking for a blender at low price and just something that works you can get a Hamilton Beach blender to start you out. This is the type of blender I started with in college. Keep in mind that you will likely still have smoothie chunks or a bit of grit to many of your smoothies, if you are trying to achieve a really creamy product this blender will not give your best result but it does give you a blender. You can buy a Hamilton Beach blender for around $30-$45 HERE.
Good:
This is the blender I had before I invested in my VitaMix. Ninja does pretty well, although I don’t feel like the machine can get as creamy of a blend and it has to work harder, it still does a good job. If you are not ready to invest in a VitaMix this is a pretty good option. You can buy a Ninja HERE. Ninja usually runs between $99-$200 depending on the machine you buy.
Best:
Want the worlds best blender? I have had a VitaMix for almost 10 years, all of my aunts and mother have a VitaMix and we all can’t say enough about how much we LOVE VitaMix. If you are wanting a blender that makes the most creamy, smooth and pure blending ever you will want a VitaMix, click HERE or for a lower priced VitaMix click HERE. VitaMix pricing usually runs between $300-$400+ depending on what machine you buy.
VitaMix is really worth every penny. I use my VitaMix about 3-5 times a day, the comparison between VitaMix and other brands is like day and night.
