Detox Bath Snack!

Detox Bath Snack!

I love detox baths, I started experimenting with detox baths about 10 years ago, now its one of my most favorite ways to boost how I feel quickly, and also take a relax time for me. I will do more posts about what I put in my baths in another post, as this post is to focus on my gut healing snack I had with my detox bath.

So in this bath I added kelp, baking soda, unrefined Redmond salt, baking soda and Epsom salt. I have an old school pink tub, multiple people have commented on how ugly it is, but I love it! Its a legit solid bathtub and it keeps the heat for about an hour. The new plastic tubs can’t even try to compare. I love it! Again, I will talk more about what I put in the bath another time.

My snack was simple, but it was a fantastic mix. The day before I had cooked up two pounds of ground hamburger. One pound went towards dinner of taco meat, the other pound I added a bunch of seasonings and stored it in the fridge for using in soups, quesadillas, breakfast tacos, scrambled eggs or something fast such as this snack. I warmed the meat up on the pan, sliced up some cucumbers, added some garlic-jalapeño stuffed green peppers and some fermented sauerkraut. I had a side of marshmallow root, ginger root and yarrow tea. Then I lit some candles, turned on a meditation and relaxed as my detox bath did the work!

So here is everything for my snack for those who prefer a list over a paragraph:
-Sliced up some cucumbers
-Garlic-jalapeño stuffed green peppers
-Fermented sauerkraut
-Cooked and seasoned grass-fed ground beef.
-Side of marshmallow root, ginger root and yarrow tea.

Clearly you can have this snack anytime, and it really works as a meal too! This is real food, this is food God created to fuel the body! Enjoy!
