2 Ingredient Deodorant
My amazing friend told me about this 2 ingredient deodorant. I have tried the charcoal deodorant from Schmidt’s, I have tried a fresh lime, I have tried the salt stick and this 2 ingredient deodorant is my favorite.
There are other things that help with body odor also, such as eating more leafy greens, drinking chlorophyll, limiting refined sugars, limiting processed foods and chemicals. Body odor is sometimes toxins within the body trying to escape so eating clean can really help with body odor.
Pits sounds gross, I would like to reference to them as my under arm curves, sounds a bit more lovely. So this stuff is beyond easy to make, are ya ready? So… its Baking soda & Coconut oil. That’s it! Maybe start with about 2 TBSP of coconut oil, 1-2 TBSP of baking soda and stir it into a paste. Use about 1/4 tsp on each under arm curve. Apply daily like you would with deodorant, if you end up liking it- great, make more! If you don’t, send me a message and tell me why.
